What's Changed
Improves the installation process on windows for
reviewsto resolve #41[incidental] relocates license, code of conduct, and adds a contributing file to resolve #42.
Technical Description
10f7930 resolves the issue experienced in #41 however Windows support is not great at the moment so I've opted to drop official support of Windows until I can guarantee a smoother experience.
